Kenneth A. Cutshaw is a partner with Holland & Knight, practicing in Atlanta, Georgia. Cutshaw's practice is concentrated on commercial and international business as well as public law, addressing the areas of technology, regulatory, trade law and general business.

Cutshaw served in the U.S. Commerce Department in various international trade positions during the Reagan and Bush administrations, overseeing the Export Enforcement program. Prior to his appointment, Cutshaw was active in Tennessee politics and served as Senior Counsel for The 1982 World's Fair in Knoxville, Tennessee.

In addition to practicing law, Cutshaw serves on a variety of civic and professional boards and teaches international business at Georgia State University. Cutshaw and his wife, Diane, have three children and reside in Atlanta.
