Ernest Taylor is President of Beech Hill Group, a boutique top level executive search firm in Atlanta, GA. He also chairs the Awakening Foundation, an annual event discussing policies and trends in our country for almost two decades. Ernest assisted in forming the Georgia Charter Educational Foundation, one of the largest charter school operators in the state, and serves on the Board of Directors. He also serves on the Board of Governors of the Mercer University School of Medicine. He and his wife Jan, his teenage sweetheart, have four children, five grandchildren and a new great granddaughter. He is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee, with a BS degree, and has an MBA from Georgia State University, and has completed management courses at Harvard.
